Fleming Family Homestead Return Policy
At Fleming Family Homestead, your satisfaction matters to us! Due to the personal and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flemingfamilyhomestead@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
All Sales Final:
For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales of skincare, soap, lip balm, deodorant, and balm products are final once opened. We cannot accept returns for reasons of scent preference, personal taste, or allergic reactions — ingredients are fully listed on every product page and label to help you shop confidently.
Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet shipped. Once items have shipped, they cannot be canceled.
Shelf Life:
Because our products are made with natural ingredients and no synthetic preservatives, please refer to each item’s label for storage tips and shelf life.
